Manage or cancel your Habsy Plus subscription
Check your plan, change your payment details or cancel through the App Store or Google Play.
Habsy Plus is billed through the store you bought it from, so payment, renewal and cancellation are handled there.
See your plan
In Habsy, go to Settings and tap Manage Subscription.
Cancel on iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Habsy.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Habsy and tap Cancel subscription.
What happens after you cancel
Habsy Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan.
- Nothing is deleted. Your contacts, categories, voice notes, enrichment briefs, templates and everything else you added stay in your account as they are.
- Plus features stop working. You can no longer use the Habsy Plus tools, such as enrichment, templates or integrations, until you upgrade again.
- Free features carry on. You can keep scanning without limits and export everything to Excel, CSV or VCF.
